Canela L. is a leader with extensive experience in marketing and operations, with more than a decade of experience in public affairs, customer service, and global e-commerce.

As Vice President of Marketing at Enclave Guard, she drives the brand strategy, digital presence, and multi-regional positioning of the company, combining precise analysis with storytelling and effective execution.

She recently led digital operations and platform optimization in the MotoGP environment where she contributed to the growth of international audiences and subscriber retention.

Her professional foundation is rooted in the public sector. During nine years at the Legislative Council of the State of Carabobo, she held roles such as Executive Assistant and Commission Advisor, participating in the design of legislative strategies, institutional communications, and social programs. She has also worked as a human rights advisor, legal consultant, and university professor, allowing her to develop key skills in political communication and stakeholder management.

She holds certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, as well as technical training in tools such as Grafana and Kibana. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business and Marketing at EAE Business School in Barcelona.
